Not every marker maker is on the same level. Our marking experts that have the best skill in fabric reducing discover a hidden 1 to 5 percent space that other marker makers are hard to handle. Therefore, it will bring you in extra income. If you are able to raise millions of dollars in annual income, fabric reducing could be a big factor in determining the margin of your profit.

Some customers believe that markers with high percentage are created by skilled marker makers. But the percentage and skill are almost irrelevant. Some marker is unsuccessfully made, but may show 95% in efficiency, while some other marker may show 85% in efficiency even if it is made successfully.

The percentage of the marker varies and depends on the number of pattern pieces, size, direction, and the width of the fabric. The rate at which marker makers increase the marking percentage based on their skill is only between 1 to 5 percent.

Therefore, it can be untrue for someone to say that the marker maker was able to create a marker with 95% efficiency, while some other marker maker create a marker with 85% efficiency under the same conditions. If someone is able to produce a marker with 85% efficiency, there will only be 1 to 5 percent differential on someone else's marker based on skill. Employers that order markers, or have hired marker makers to manufacture products for a long time are already well aware of this fact.

Many customers and markers are either careless or unaware of the garment production system. If the customer delivers incorrect information to the marker maker, the marker makers tend to produce the marker as it is. Such attitudes and actions will instantly lead to marking accident. It will cause the customer to be responsible for the fabric loss, order loss, and buyer loss as well as enormous money loss. If worse, it will lead to the shutting down of businesses and filing bankruptcy.

During our marking procedure, we attempt to confirm a marker twice as much as others, using our advanced computer system and individual effort(s). Through this procedure, we can safely avoid any potential accidents ahead of time. Those that have ordered markers or have hired marker makers to manufacture products for a long time are well aware of this fact.

Requirements for marking include pattern, pattern chart, width of the fabric, ratio of units, production sample, and a quarter yard of fabric that will be used for the production.
